Overview

Flow Digital, LLC collects a limited amount of information when you submit the website inquiry form. The information is used to review your request, determine whether Flow Digital may be able to help, and respond to you directly.

Information collected

The inquiry form requests:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your business name
• Your website address
• Your description of the website problem or requested improvement

The hosting provider may also process basic technical information required to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and submit the form, such as an IP address, timestamp, browser details, and spam-detection signals.

How the information is used

Submitted information may be used to:

• Review the website and the issue you described
• Respond to your inquiry
• Determine whether a Website Fix Sprint or another engagement appears appropriate
• Prepare a scope, proposal, or follow-up conversation if you choose to continue
• Protect the website and form from spam, fraud, or abuse

Flow Digital does not use the inquiry form to subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing list.

Service providers and sharing

Flow Digital uses service providers for website hosting, form processing, and email delivery. Those providers may process submitted information only as necessary to provide their services. Flow Digital does not sell inquiry information.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect legal rights, investigate abuse, or secure the website and its users.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Inquiries that are no longer needed are periodically deleted.

Security and sensitive information

Flow Digital uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not submit passwords, customer records, health information, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through the inquiry form.

Questions or privacy requests

To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of inquiry information, use the website form and write “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, form, or related practices change. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
